LEAGUE SQUASH: Hard Luck to our Division Five team who went down 4-1 to Ennis in the Final of their league at Thurles on Thursday night. CHRISTMAS CLUB NIGHT: The Friday night social squash session on December 13 will have a Christmas flavour and you can enjoy squash from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. followed by some socialising and mince pies afterwards in the bar.

NEW POSTERS: We hope you notice the new posters at the club. The old 'warm-up' poster is gone and has been replaced with the more modern dynamic warm-up. There's also a new one on improving your squash by following Geoff Hunt's 10 Fundamentals of Squash. You can read them in full in the link on the coaching page.
THE RUGBY GYM: Squash players who signed up to use the Gym had their induction recently and the responses were positive. Users will all need induction as it's not your run of the mill gym!
JOE KINSLEY REMEMBERED: The death took place recently of long-term squash member Joe Kinsley who will be missed by his many Highfield Squash friends. You can read a little about him here.
LEAGUES: Munster Squash Leagues Divisions 2, 4 and 6 will commence after Christmas.
BUY BACK CREDITS: All members receive 14 booking credits that are used up as you book courts and returned as you confirm courts. Where the courts haven't been confirmed the credits are lost and this can result in you being unable to book. You can buy them back (refreshed to 14) here at a cost of €10.
